Aquarium Cleaning
Aqua One have a great range of cleaning and maintenance tools for every aquarium task. From Scrub and Clean Pads to Tom's Magic Rod, there's never been a better choice for the fishkeeper. As ever with aquarium upkeep, a little regular cleaning is key and tasks such as removing algae are certainly much easier when done earlier.
Clean glass once a week with a Scrub and Clean Pad or similar, using a harder aquarium scraper as necessary to remove more stubborn algae. An Aqua One Gravel Cleaner is ideal for removing waste from gravel or other substrate when performing a partial water change every few weeks and you should also check the condition of your filter media pads at this time too, replacing and renewing as per the aquarium manufacturers instructions.
Choosing your Cleaning Tools
All Aqua One aquatic products are designed to make fishkeeping both easy and accessible to all, so whether it's a new aquarium, an external filter or a product as simple as an aquarium scraper, their team of product engineers will have spent many hours on it's design. Many of Aqua One's cleaning tools incorporate new and innovative ideas and all at an affordable price.
Here at Aqua One Parts, we like to use a good variety of cleaning tools to maintain our own aquariums. We keep a nice selection of plastic and steel scrapers on hand to deal with tougher algae and use both the coarse and fine Scrub and Clean Pads to regularly polish our aquarium glass. Tom's Magic Rod along with the 4 in 1 Scraper are ideal for a good range of tasks and Pipe Brushes are just the job for hoses, pipework and those hard to reach places.
