105c Carbon Cartridge TRIPLEPACK from Aqua One - (MULTI)

Aqua One's 105c Carbon Cartridge TRIPLEPACK is an essential part of the filtration system of quite a number of Aqua One aquariums, including: EcoStyle 42 and EcoStyle 47. The 105c Cartridge performs a very important functions in the aquarium, purifying and clarifying aquarium water, removing unwanted discolouration and odours, whilst the sponge foam traps solid waste particles and provides a home to beneficial bacteria.

Change every 6 weeks

Whilst other filter cartridges are much longer lasting, it's important that the 105c is replaced regularly, in line with the manufacturers instructions. Aqua One's highly activated carbon particles contained in the 105c Carbon Cartridge TRIPLEPACK work really hard in the aquarium absorbing impurities and removing discolouration. Sadly, once saturated with these impurities, the 105c must be replaced, typically every 4 to 6 weeks as the cartridge will be incapable of more adsorption.

Easy to install, low maintenance

One of the great benefits of the excellent trickle filtration systems contained in EcoStyle 42 and EcoStyle 47 aquarium models is that filter maintenance is nice and easy. 105c Cartridges are extremely easy to install and maintain, but it's always worth checking the condition of the 105c once every couple of weeks to ensure that it's not become completely clogged with aquarium debris. If it has, then it's time to replace it with a fresh cartridge. The lifespan of the 105c Cartridge will generally be determined by the quality of aquarium water in your aquarium but is ALWAYS considered spent after 6 weeks.
